V-RPM / REMOTE PATIENT MONITORING

Keep the patient’s
workflow together.

Move from enrollment to recorded readings with a clear view of consent, device assignment and retrieval status. Document the care team’s review and retain the context for follow-up.

Current product scope focuses on blood pressure monitoring. Manufacturer connectivity and deployment settings are confirmed for each implementation.

APPLICATION CAPABILITIES

Support each step of the work.

01

Patient onboarding & consent

Import patient records from Excel with a validation preview. Capture signed consent or verified paper evidence and retain consent history.

02

BP devices & assignments

Manage device inventory and active patient assignments. Preserve assignment history as devices move between patients.

03

Readings & retrieval

Review systolic, diastolic and pulse readings. Configured manufacturer APIs support retrieval, with separate synchronization status and error handling.

04

Nursing review & follow-up

Record assessments, notes, calls and telemed appointment details. Keep follow-up records attributed to the staff member.

05

Monthly reports

Review recorded data by patient and month. Export Excel and patient PDF reports, including a batch ZIP of individual reports.

06

Operational & billing review

Review recorded work time and billing preparation. Configuration, eligibility and payer requirements must be checked by the clinic.

THE CLINIC WORKFLOW

From enrollment to follow-up.

  1. Enroll

Import and review patient records, then record consent.

  2. Assign

Link an available BP device to a consented patient.

  3. Retrieve & review

Retrieve readings through a configured manufacturer connection and review the recorded history.

  4. Follow through

Document nursing review, follow-up and reporting.

CONFIGURATION & CONNECTIONS

Plan around
your environment.

Agree device models and manufacturer API access, clinic roles, hosting, backups and support. Validate the workflow before using live patient information.

EMR synchronization is a future-release item. Recording an appointment does not book an external scheduling service.

Clear responsibilities.

V-RPM supports recorded review and clinic follow-up. Care decisions remain with qualified care teams.

Clinic email alerts require configuration and an explicit staff action. They are not a continuously staffed emergency response service.

No regulatory certification or clinical outcome guarantee is claimed.

Questions about V-RPM.

Which readings does the current application support?

The documented application supports blood pressure readings—systolic and diastolic—with pulse. Compatibility with a particular device depends on its manufacturer API and agreed configuration.

Can we see a demonstration without live patient data?

Yes. A demonstration can use fictional patients and explicitly labeled simulated readings. Demonstration results do not establish physical device connectivity.

Does V-RPM automatically diagnose a patient?

No. It supports recording and review workflows. Clinical interpretation and care decisions remain with the responsible care team.

What should we bring to a demonstration?

Your clinic workflow, team roles, device and manufacturer details, reporting needs, and proposed hosting requirements. Do not send patient information through the public website enquiry form.
