WHO IT IS FOR

For production managers, line supervisors and improvement teams investigating output, downtime and quality losses.

Connect production records to daily decisions.

A production plan is only useful when you know what is happening on the floor. Separate spreadsheets, delayed shift reports and unrecorded stops make it difficult to distinguish a material shortage from a process bottleneck.

SOLUTION SCOPE

Production visibility

01

Production visibility

Review production counts, targets, cycle times and shift history in the context of the line and order.

02

Downtime & delays

Separate planned stops, idle time and unplanned downtime. Capture reasons so recurring losses can be investigated.

03

Quality & traceability

Connect rejections and quality observations to the relevant production context, batch and material record.

04

Reports & alerts

Define meaningful thresholds, dashboards and historical reports around the decisions each team needs to make.

HOW IT WORKS

V-MES workflow

  1. 01Capture

Collect agreed machine signals or operator records.

  2. 02Contextualize

Associate events with the line, shift, product and order.

  3. 03Review

Investigate production gaps alongside downtime and quality.

  4. 04Improve

Assign a response and compare the next review period.

Workflow, supported features and deployment requirements are agreed for your implementation.

PLAN YOUR DEMONSTRATION

What should a V-MES pilot cover?

Start with one line and an agreed production question. Validate data capture, timestamps and event reasons before expanding dashboards or connecting more equipment.

Bring these details to the discussion

  • One production line, its shifts and product mix
  • Available machine signals and manual entry points
  • Definitions for output, downtime and rejection reasons

V-MES: frequently asked questions

What is V-MES (Industry 5.0 MES)?

A manufacturing execution system connects production activities and records. An Industry 5.0 approach keeps operators and managers involved in interpreting data and deciding what to change.

What could MES monitor?

A project may include machine states, output, cycle time, downtime and rejection information. VEERA must confirm the available signals, supported modules and data collection method for your plant.

Does VEERA support our PLC or SCADA?

Compatibility is assessed during discovery. Machine protocols, access restrictions and approved interfaces determine whether direct collection or another capture method is practical.

Is OEE included?

OEE requires validated availability, performance and quality inputs. OEE support has not been confirmed for this release; discuss the requirements with VEERA.
