The form collects your name, business email, company, optional phone, country, vertical, industry, selected solution and message. These details are sent by email to contact@veeracompany.com so VEERA can respond. Do not include patient information, medical records, passwords or sensitive customer or production information. This is a public product-enquiry website, not the V-RPM patient workspace.
Necessary session and spam protection
The enquiry service uses a necessary session cookie to validate requests and avoid duplicate submissions. It keeps hashed network identifiers and timestamps in a private rate-limit file, with old entries removed during subsequent requests. Enquiry content is not stored in a website database.
Hosting and analytics
The existing GoDaddy hosting injects a performance-monitoring script. Hosting providers may process request information in their logs. The website uses locally hosted fonts and assets. The website includes Google Analytics to measure site usage and interactions such as demonstration and email-link clicks. Enquiry form contents are not deliberately included in these analytics events.
