Identify who enrolls patients, records consent, assigns devices, reviews readings and documents follow-up. Bring a simple outline of these responsibilities to the demonstration.
Walk through a complete sample journey
Use a fictional patient. Review import validation, consent capture, device assignment and reading retrieval. Then examine a nursing review and the resulting monthly report.
Test the exceptions
Ask what happens when consent is revoked, a device is unassigned, an API connection fails or a month contains no readings. Check how the team can distinguish a missing reading from a successful retrieval.
Separate demonstration from deployment
Simulated readings explain the workflow. Physical device connectivity needs validation against your manufacturer connection. Confirm access roles, hosting, backup and support arrangements for your organization.
Agree the next step
Record what fits, what needs configuration and what still needs development or validation. Use those findings to define a focused pilot and its acceptance criteria.
